Our Child Friendly Spaces are a place to heal, play, and just be a kid. Because when everything feels uncertain, children deserve a place that feels safe. ❤️
Earlier this month, members of our Board visited Save the Children programs in New Mexico and the Navajo Nation. It was truly a powerful experience!
They saw early childhood and in‑school literacy programs in action and met the dedicated teams working every day to support children’s learning and growth.
Board members also had the chance to connect with the broader community, from local farmers to food bank operators, and witness how partners across the region are coming together around a shared goal: helping children thrive.
We’re deeply grateful to the community for welcoming us, sharing their work, and allowing us to see this impact firsthand.
On #BikeToWorkDay, we’re celebrating healthcare workers who bike miles each day to reach children with lifesaving care. 🚲 ✨
From home to home, they’re helping families stay healthy and giving children a better chance to grow up safe from preventable diseases.
In #Rwanda, blood is falling from the sky to save lives.
Save the Children is working with US company @zipline , to deliver blood to our maternity ward in Mahama Camp, by unmanned drone.
With top tech and fast dispatch, we can better provide emergency blood transfusions and fewer mothers and babies are dying during birth. ❤️
At every stage of detention by Israeli authorities – from arrest, to interrogation, to transfer, to incarceration – Palestinian children have experienced physical, mental and emotional abuse and torture.
All Palestinian children arbitrarily detained should be released, and leaders must call for an end to Israeli military authorities arresting, detaining and prosecuting children.
@nytimes recently reported about the sexual abuse Palestinians - of all ages and genders - face in Israeli detention. Link in bio to read the article.
22 children killed. 89 children injured.
Since the “temporary ceasefire” in #Lebanon began on April 17, children have continued to pay the price every single day.
A ceasefire where children are killed or injured every day is not a ceasefire. Attacks on civilians have not stopped. It has simply continued under another name.
Lebanon’s children urgently need a permanent and definitive ceasefire. And Save the Children needs flexible, sustained funding to protect children and allow families to return home to resume their lives.
Children in Lebanon cannot afford for the world to look away.
Reminder: mental health care is essential health care.
That's why in times of crisis or natural disasters, we work across America and around the world to help children recover from trauma and return to a sense of normalcy.
In places torn apart by conflict and crisis, a mother’s love is an act of defiance.
She’ll give everything to protect her children—skipping meals so they don’t go hungry, walking miles to reach care, holding them close through fear and uncertainty.
This May, I’m standing with @savethechildren and moms who refuse to give up. Tap the link in my bio to #GiveLikeaMother and help families fight impossible odds. Every gift helps provide food, lifesaving medicine and safe shelter. ♥️
Give Like a Mother. Help a family find hope.
After conflict forced Mauwa to flee her home in the #DRC, her 5-month-old daughter, Solange, developed a life-threatening fever.
Mauwa trekked through the darkness to reach our clinic, proving that a mother will do anything to protect her child. Health workers diagnosed Solange with pneumonia, and with treatment, she recovered.
Across Sub-Saharan #Africa, diseases like pneumonia and malaria cause over a third of deaths in children between 1 month and 5 years old. But these deaths are preventable.
Your support helps deliver lifesaving care to children who need it most. This #MothersDay, join the movement of people who #GiveLikeAMother.

When Marwa found out she was pregnant, she was far from home—displaced, uncertain, and starting over with her three children.
At a local health center in #Sudan, she found care and was supported with medicine, nutrition, and people who showed up for her. By the time her baby was ready to arrive, she was too.
With the help of trained midwives, Marwa safely delivered a healthy baby boy.
Every mother deserves that kind of support. This #MothersDay, stand with moms like Marwa. ❤️
