Honoured to have been involved in Metropolis, Ted Roger’s body of work as performance artist in residence at TKE Studios 🖤
We collaborated, built worlds, characters, workshopped, laughed, experimented, cried and most of all — my ultimate joy — documented SO much dancing. We co-directed a short skateboarding-inspired dance film, Metropolis MMXXIV and made a live film of Ted’s performance.
All of this wouldn’t be possible without the support of art legend Tracey Emin, CBE RA and her glorious space, TKE Studios. Working in such a kind, nurturing environment has been a complete privilege.
Thank you Ted for breathing life into these ideas, for reminding me I can shoot, produce and edit…as well as direct 🤪
