How do we design community infrastructure that remains relevant over time?
We see the strongest outcomes when design starts with people. Places that are inclusive, adaptable and embedded in everyday life create lasting value for communities.
Projects like ‘Bargoonga Nganjin’ North Fitzroy Library and Community Hub and the Keysborough Community Hub & Library demonstrate how design can support connection at multiple scales, while also delivering strong environmental outcomes.
In North Fitzroy, a 6 Star Green Star library has become a vibrant civic destination, combining sustainability with flexible, welcoming spaces for learning and community life. At Keysborough, an integrated hub brings together learning, recreation and social services, designed for net zero carbon operations and long-term resilience.
This approach extends across our broader community portfolio.
Our concept design for the Cranbourne Community Hub was shaped through a co-design process, aligning multiple service providers into a cohesive, people-focused outcome. At Greythorn Community Hub, flexibility and openness create a civic space that can grow and adapt with its community.
Together, these projects reflect a consistent focus on creating places that support how people gather, learn and connect.

We’ve transformed a 32-hectare former landfill site into a triple award-winning sport and recreation precinct for the Penrith community.
Gipps Street Recreation Reserve is a master planning milestone, proving that sensitive landscape design can turn environmental constraints into ecological value. Our team navigated complex site conditions to deliver a high-octane “all-ages” destination that prioritises both human activity and natural habitat.
