Leading international project advisory firm WT, our long-time partner, engaged us to deliver their new workplace. It was a significant decision to move into 1 Bligh St, a premium @dexusplace building. Completed in just 10 weeks, the project required careful coordination within a live environment and alongside a central atrium, balancing speed with quality at every stage. A contemporary evolution of their previous office that we delivered a decade ago, the space reflects how WT has grown, supporting flexibility, connection and day-to-day performance. The seamless link between front and back of house creates a workplace that feels open, intuitive and highly functional. Already, the team is making it their own, using the breakout space, which doubles as a town hall, to host events and bring people together. We’ve been recognised as 2025 CitySwitch Champions. This recognition reflects how sustainability is being embedded into the everyday across MPA, through consistent, practical actions that are delivering measurable results. Across our projects nationally, we’re tracking over 1,000 tonnes of construction waste and achieving >90% diversion from landfill. In our offices, improved systems and education are driving diversion rates above 75%. The result is simple: better data, clearer accountability, and real progress toward our net-zero pathway. The recognition was acknowledged at last week’s Champions Lunch at @vicxnorthsydney , hosted with our partners @twogoodco at The Fold, a social enterprise where 50% of profits support women rebuilding their lives after homelessness and domestic violence. Last week, our Sydney and Melbourne teams came together for our latest “Mingle” – a chance to reconnect, reflect on performance, and recognise the projects and people driving our momentum. Group Executive Johnny Iosifidis opened by sharing a clear view of where we’re at as a business and what’s ahead: “Moments like this matter – they give us the chance to step back, recognise what’s been achieved, and stay focused on how we respond and deliver for our clients.” Teams then shared recent spotlight projects; highlighting not just outcomes, but the thinking and collaboration behind them. In Sydney, we gathered at Poly Centre, where we’ve delivered multiple projects alongside @polyglobal_ In Melbourne, we came together at the Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) office – a workplace we recently delivered, now awarded a 6 Star Green Building Council of Australia rating, with catering by @streatmelbourne Beyond the projects, a key theme was the strength of our community – from the way we support each other internally, to the industry and social impact initiatives we continue to invest in. #BringingWorkToLife #TheMPAWay #Mingle #TeamHighlights

Creating safe, well-managed sites starts with strong leadership and a culture where care, accountability and continuous improvement are lived every day. Our safety commitment is led by a dedicated team: - Martin Malone, Head of Health & Safety, Quality & Sustainability, brings more than 17 years of operational experience and a genuine passion for safety, sustainability and quality. - Jake Padwick, HSEQ Manager, is a passionate safety leader who champions proactive mental health initiatives and strong community partnerships. - Cameron Humphreys, HSEQ Advisor, works closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure safety is understood, embedded and actively practiced on site. This year’s World Day for Safety and Health at Work focuses on psychosocial hazards, something our industry can’t afford to ignore. Construction can be fast‑paced and high‑pressure, and we know that mental health is a big part of keeping people safe. That’s why our approach to safety goes beyond hard hats and procedures. Through our partnership with the @blackdoginst , we support both our employees and our subcontractor community with practical, evidence‑based mental health training and resources. Delivered at 1 Bligh Street, Dexus’s flagship Forever Fitout challenges the conventions of traditional office fitouts. Designed to operate as a single full-floor tenancy or be subdivided into up to four spaces, the modular solution is purpose-built to evolve with tenant needs, supporting re-leasing and reducing waste over the life of the asset. Sustainability was embedded throughout the project, with the fitout achieving 5-star Green Star certification under the new @gbcaus Fitout Tool as part of the Early Pilot Program. Durable materials, reusable furniture and a modular system were prioritised to support circular economy principles. Delivered in close collaboration with @dexus_community and @woodsbagot , the Forever Fitout represents a future-ready approach to workplace design, one that’s already shaping the next generation of projects, including a new rollout currently underway in Melbourne.

This constant churn creates waste, drives up costs, and slows leasing. Dexus’s Forever Fitout changes the game. At the heart of Sydney CBD, on Level 14 at 255 Pitt Street, we’ve delivered a speculative suite designed to feel high-end, distinctive, and operationally efficient, attracting premium tenants. Through close collaboration with IFM Investors and the consultant team, we delivered a flexible, open-plan workplace capable of accommodating diverse tenant needs. With the space leased to Humm Group during the project, we worked closely with the tenant, keeping them actively engaged throughout the build and adapting the design to meet their requirements. $300,000 raised for families facing childhood cancer! Last Thursday, the MPA Raise for @redkitecharity Golf Day 2026 exceeded all expectations. Together with our team, clients, subcontractors, and friends, we raised $300,000, $70,000 more than our 2023 event, providing vital financial support to 60 families for a full year. @novartis new office space at Victoria Cross brings together flexible workspaces, dynamic collaboration zones, and an open-plan design framed by 360-degree views, including a spectacular view of the Sydney skyline. Encouraging movement and connection, a large and inviting breakout space sits directly behind reception. With a kitchen and a variety of seating options, the space accommodates casual meet-ups and moments of connection, with meeting rooms nearby for more formal discussions. A large, flexible town hall space with an operable wall allows the workplace to transform for all-hands meetings and events, while huddle rooms and focus spaces are generously sized to support various working modes. This is a truly people-focused workplace that reflects Novartis’ commitment to innovation, culture and collaboration. Entering an exciting new chapter, @novartis has relocated to the newly completed Victoria Cross development, situated directly above the new Victoria Cross Metro Station. This strategic move aims to enhance employee connectivity and places the team at the heart of a revitalised precinct, with improved access, amenities, and support for modern ways of working. Delivered within a net-zero carbon, all-electric building, the fitout aligns with Platinum WELL, 6 Star Green Star, and 5.5 Star NABERS Energy ratings, demonstrating a commitment to their people and the planet. As the first fitout contractor engaged on Sydney’s newest over-station developments, including Parkline Place at Gadigal Station and 39 Martin Place at Martin Place Station, we are proud to have delivered another milestone workplace for Victoria Cross. Last month, we hosted A Morning Tea for Good at 33 Alfred Street with our long‑standing social impact partner @twogoodco and @dexus_community . We are proud of our six-year partnership with Two Good Co. and the way it connects our industry to the incredible work they do. Events like this morning tea, our third held with Dexus at 33 Alfred Street, along with many others across Sydney sites, offer a meaningful way to bring our teams together while supporting an organisation that is creating real impact. Sarah Hogan (MPA) opened the morning by welcoming attendees and framing the purpose of the day. We heard from Dearne Cleary (Dexus), who shared the significance of 33 Alfred Street’s transformation, followed by Suzie Barnett (Two Good Co.), who gave an inspiring overview of Two Good Co.’s impact and the importance of awareness-raising events. A heartfelt thank you to our event partners and to the remarkable women from Two Good Co. who prepared the food we shared — a powerful reminder of the meaningful outcomes their programs create.
