Final days of Frieze New York: our presentation (Booth A07) highlights works by Barbara Walker (@barbarawalkerstudio ), who joined the gallery last year. Works on view feature the artist's acclaimed, ongoing series Vanishing Point, which explores the visibility of Black subjects in the Western canon through processes of drawing and embossing that invite contemplation on how history is made and unmade. Explore this and more in person this weekend at The Shed and online via the link in our bio. - Images: Barbara Walker, Vanishing Point 50 (Mijtens), 2026. Congratulations to Adriana Varejāo and Rosana Paulino on representing their country with a beautiful Brazilian pavilion curated by Diane Lima at this year’s Venice Biennale. Adriana it is thanks to you that I first traveled to Brazil when the legendary Marcantonio Vilaça introduced your work to me alongside a new generation of brilliant young Brazilian artists who were starting to make waves on the international art scene 25 to 30 years ago and it was because of you that I grew to know and love your country - it’s people, it’s music, it’s architecture, it’s art and it’s culture! Your friendship your art and my love of Brazil have done much to transform my life and for this I am eternally grateful. Little did I know that when we presented your work in the first exhibition at our new gallery in Wharf Road in 2000 - the year that Tate Modern opened (Tate also immediately moved to acquire the work from us for their permanent collection) that working with you would be such a transformative experience for me. Seeing you represent Brazil in this years Venice Biennsle was one of the proudest and happiest experiences of my professional life! @adrianavarejao @rosanapaulino.oficial @dianelima @pedrobuarque @catavarejaopaz @vikmuniz @malubarretto @gagosian @flexa.galeria @victoriamirogallery @labiennale

Finally posting about Venice after a very hectic week during the Biennale previews and events which started off for us last Monday with the opening of Flora Yukhnovich’s exhibition of wonderful new paintings at our Venetian gallery which was followed by a party at the Palazzo Franchetti to celebrate Flora and our other artists exhibiting in Venice with shows opening this week: Adriana Varejão, Wangechi Mutu and Hernan Bas. Congratulations are additionally due to Flora who gave birth to a baby girl in London two days after her exhibition at Victoria Miro Venice opened - an excellent reason for her not to be at her own opening! @flora_yukhnovich @adrianavarejao @wangechistudio @wangechimutu @hernanbas #venicebiennale #biennaledivenezia @labiennale @victoriamirogallery
