Dilla was, with his production techniques, one of the best ever to touch the MPC and still impresses me when I listen to his productions, always inspiring, always something new to discover and years ahead from his time. For this 100% J Dilla special I tried to focus and play music during his four eras of production: the raw beats/Ummah era (1995-1998), The Soulquarian era (1999-2001), the Bot era (2002-2003) and the Donuts era (2004-2006).
