bts / figuring out how to amass a ton of important moments, artworks and experiences, drawing from each other and the library at @openschooleast ‘Beacon: On Tuesdays I Go To This Spot’ is one of the outcomes of ‘It’s My Life, Don’t You Forget’, a 10-part process-driven arts project developed in collaboration with @openschool associates, the vacuum cleaner, and communities at the Beacon (Thanet) and Arts In Ramsgate The publication is built around 9 activities and outcomes first delivered through workshops during the projects run between Jan-April 2024. Simply nested and held together with a slim riso’d band, readers are invited to take it apart, put it back together, reorder, reshuffle, draw-in, fold-up, reimagine and rejig it.
