Saturday marked the exciting reawakening of the Grade I listed @maisondieudover and we were thrilled to be part of it.
In collaboration with our fantastic partners; @designmap_uk , @fusionlx and @theworkhausprojects Figment Productions produced and delivered multiple interactive touchscreens, documentary films and immersive audio soundscapes for this iconic site.
Funded by the The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Dover District Council, The Dover Society and The Wolfson Foundation, the £10 million heritage and cultural regeneration project is a significant milestone in preserving and celebrating Dover’s rich history.
Drawing on our in-house expertise in design, 3D modelling, film editing and software development, we’ve created dynamic and immersive content that brings the Maison Dieu’s remarkable 800-year history vividly to life for visitors of all ages!

Carlisle is…..WILD
Designed with both local and global appeal, the gallery is a multi-generational, social and lively space of conversation and connection. The tone is to surprise and wonder. This is a story-based gallery bringing the people of Carlisle to the fore. Through a process of co-design and co-production we reveal unexpected and hidden stories of this great city, make familiar ones feel new, inspire personal connections and promote self-exploration.
Wild Carlisle showcases the importance of nature to the city of Carlisle and the impact of the city and humans on wildlife. The objects in this section reflect Carlisle’s biodiversity, past and present; highlight wild as a source of inspiration, creativity and wellbeing; speak to climate change and extinction; spotlight the impact of people on wild places, at times negative and at times mutually beneficial; encouraging young people to engage and play an active role in shaping the area’s wildlife future.
Underpinning this section are community voices. Collaborating with the curatorial team, our co-designers for this section were key interest and knowledge groups specialising in nature and conservation within Cumbria. The first community voice focuses on the charity Susan’s Farm and its collaboration with Cumbria Wildlife Trust.
To engage young visitors in the rich flora and fauna of the collection, the base of the case contains a rich array of displays with a number of key handling objects and interactives to bring these narrative strands to life.
