What a week with @team_procoach
I’ve always known I would go to the Olympia as
Bodybuilding has been my passion I’ve had since I was 17.
But to be a small part of the work going into it was an experience I’ll forever be grateful for. 🙏🏻
There’s too many memories to share so there’s another post coming, but rolling around Vegas with the crew, rubbing shoulders with the greatest bodybuilders on the planet was pretty surreal.
You’ll always hear people say that unless you were there you don’t really know, and now I get it.
Thank you to @onepunchnaz for continuing to put your faith in me as a posing coach.
Thank you to @calum_teamprocoach for always believing in me, and thank you to the boys @physiquesbyhaider_@zac_teamprocoach@rhys_shredz and @john_knox.88 for making this a week that I’ll cherish for a lifetime, you boys are family 🫶🏼

@kevinlevrone was the main inspiration for myself & @flowbysammy over the last 10 years.
The way he expressed himself on stage, his approach to training, his mental fortitude even his taste in music.
Above all of this honestly how he carries himself as a human being to this day. He really speaks to the heart of the people and has intent with his words and his stories to make a real difference with the lives he touches.
He was a big influence and one of the biggest drivers towards why we do what we do at the @posingunvsty
To come full circle and actually teach what we love most with him..
Honestly just quite speechless, and to share the moment with @rhysbonnerr@derekjguo_@flexcoach_ryan just made it that much more special.
Truly a moment to remember. I have a million words to say but I’ll save it for other posts.

@calum_teamprocoach asked me to guest pose for him and obviously I jumped at the opportunity to do so..
Later on after seeing me play with Katanas he asked me to change the routine a few weeks out and bring a Japanese feel 😂
This was the guest pose that never was.
I wasn’t gonna post it as I’m full blown in this haha.. but f*ck it Yolo and all that.
