Getting outside and free posing is how first learnt to really pose.
I just stick the 🎧 in and get going. You can fuck up and it doesn’t matter, just keeping moving.
Listen to the song and move with it. That’s really what sets apart the good from the great.
Their ability to move with a song.
It’s still the purest part of bodybuilding to me. Always will be, I wana start doing more of these routines.
Just for myself to remember why I love the game.
This is a big thank you to my posing coach @jonlofthousee who when I first approached about 8 weeks out I didn’t even know what poses I would even have to make, let alone how to execute them. He very quickly taught me the whole routine to which I performed to a standard I was very happy with on the day.
The man is just amazing at what he does and explains it in a way that even I could understand.
If anyone out there needs help with posing for an upcoming show he is definitely who I would recommend.
Thank you Jon for everything, I really do appreciate it so much. 🙌👍👌
Also a huge thank you to @ironeagleproshorts for the Bumblebee shorts, they looked amazing 👌🫶🐝
@kevinlevrone was the main inspiration for myself & @flowbysammy over the last 10 years.
The way he expressed himself on stage, his approach to training, his mental fortitude even his taste in music.
Above all of this honestly how he carries himself as a human being to this day. He really speaks to the heart of the people and has intent with his words and his stories to make a real difference with the lives he touches.
He was a big influence and one of the biggest drivers towards why we do what we do at the @posingunvsty
To come full circle and actually teach what we love most with him..
Honestly just quite speechless, and to share the moment with @rhysbonnerr@derekjguo_@flexcoach_ryan just made it that much more special.
Truly a moment to remember. I have a million words to say but I’ll save it for other posts.
Just so grateful and blessed.
Thank you @giles_tiger for making this happen.

You need to save this if you can’t flare your lats.
This is the mini routine I been sending to people for over a year to help improve mobility for posing.
It’s fucking easy, and you don’t need anything to do it.
None of it is ‘optimal’ but it works if you do it everyday before training
It helps improve shoulder/scap and thoracic mobility
Seeing all the pics uploaded yesterday of the big man, I definitely took some moments to remember his impact on my life. @lukesandoe
He is very much the reason why I train like I train. The reason i turned pro. I won my first show with him also.
My first mentor in the game, honestly my first in person idol to look up to within competitive bodybuilding.
I used to take a lot of my money I earned in PT and buy sessions from Luke along with coaching
Tonnes of great memories shared with this man.
One that sticks out..
We went to Harlow one day to train, that was also the first time I ever met JP, we trains legs.
We were doing RDLs with chains. He fucking loved chains haha.. i did 50kg a side with them and then going into my next set..
Luke just puts 3 plates aside on it and said let’s go.
I said there’s no way I can do that.
Simple put he said.
“Yes you fucking can, do you want big hamstrings.. don’t be a pussy”
😂 that was Luke man. And I did it. He pushed the limits.
Then we smashed five guys after and he ate 3 burgers a large fries and half of my large fries 🍟 dude was a beast
RIP bro ❤️
Me and @jonlofthousee been cookin!
Keeping things controlled and conditioned post show
Training is improving weekly, body is responding well, what more could we ask for?
