@kevinlevrone was the main inspiration for myself & @flowbysammy over the last 10 years.
The way he expressed himself on stage, his approach to training, his mental fortitude even his taste in music.
Above all of this honestly how he carries himself as a human being to this day. He really speaks to the heart of the people and has intent with his words and his stories to make a real difference with the lives he touches.
He was a big influence and one of the biggest drivers towards why we do what we do at the @posingunvsty
To come full circle and actually teach what we love most with him..
Honestly just quite speechless, and to share the moment with @rhysbonnerr@derekjguo_@flexcoach_ryan just made it that much more special.
Truly a moment to remember. I have a million words to say but I’ll save it for other posts.

19 weeks & 19kg up here. 86kg-105kg in our first growth phase.
A hell of a lot of bodyweight added here, though no aggressive/excessive movements with nutrition. All in line with recovery demand.
Contextually, I am not pulling back within this phase at all.
We have somebody with their first minimal exposure, who has their habits set perfectly in place for bodybuilding.
Caelen has impressive accolades as a junior natural bodybuilder & I know he has been truly fat-free in the past. So, with no digestive stress throughout, great quality sleep & visually adding slabs to areas of focus I would not hit the brakes within this first 18 week window.
First port of call was focus on chest & back thickness, before leaning more towards posterior through this latest training block.
Time for a health phase/steady recomp to get back to the initial body composition before we go again.
Came here to get big and we’re doing just that. Well done kid 👊🏼

Diet Smarter. Not Just Harder
Smooth sailing, a kilo down & a very 3RIR week.
Baseline numbers set, new order of exercises but pretty much the same training block I’ve been rinsing for the past few months. Seen some great return on areas of focus so we keep it moving.

Day 1 of the way down 📉
Man I can’t believe it will have been 3 years by the time I get back on stage tbh. I never meant to take that long out, life just gets in the way a bit sometimes.
Looking at the last start point I’d say I’m about 10lbs leaner this time around. Moved away from old English though, currently 95.15kg -dropped 2kg just coming down to mortal realms of PED’s & no real training this last week.
In a good spot physically and mentally, even just personal life and career. it’s funny how much things change in a few years.
Happy with the work under @flexcoach_dean over the last 8 months or so and super excited to experience this first prep together. 👌🏼
