๐Ÿฅ‰place for Flex Athlete @jai.robson in U90โ€™s at the @ifbbproleagueoz Australian Grand Prix I opted for a touch fuller look for Jai this show, and when he stood in the u90s it really paid off. We managed to beat the QLD u90s winner who Jai lost to just 2 weeks prior ๐ŸŽฏ But results aside, today I wanted to share 2 things I love about bodybuilding 1. Progress 2. Camaraderie Bodybuilding is a game of personal progress. Yes it comes down to comparisons in the end (against your competitors) but success for me as a coach is about achieving progress. I also think in Australia we can always do with more Camaraderie, and Jai captured this in his own post where he reflected on getting to compete against his longtime friend @perkett_ after 4 years โ€œHow good is it when you not only get to compete in the sport you loveโ€ฆ but you have the opportunity to do it with some of the best human beings and Iโ€™m able to call them my friends ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝโ€ Swipe for for the good stuff ๐Ÿ“ˆ Progress ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป Camaraderie Diet Smarter. Taking home another๐Ÿฅˆbut this time at the @ifbbproleagueoz Australian Grand Prix Pro Qualifier After a disappointing result in Perth, where I thought Nick deserved a better placing, we had 4 weeks to make any necessary changes.
