🇦🇺 Client Shane: Recomp Done — Time to Grow
After a 8 week tidy up phase, Shane dropped 4 kg and improved body composition.
Now we’re reversing calories and moving into a productive off-season with one goal: build quality muscle while keeping fat gain under control.
A structured growth phase means:
* Increasing food gradually
* Driving gym performance
* Maximising recovery
* Adding lean tissue over time
