Simplicity wins. 🧠💪
In elite sport, the best recovery tools are the ones athletes actually use.
John Griffin, Director of Player Performance at the Atlanta Falcons, breaks it down:
“If there’s complexity around it with the players, it’s difficult to execute.”
Hytro fits seamlessly into existing frameworks, scales across entire squads, and keeps recovery athlete-led without adding to staff workload.
When recovery is simple, it’s consistent.
And consistency drives performance.

They say in fear we find truth. This past year has been filled with ups and downs professionally, spiritually & emotionally. Sometimes we can get lost in the process of growth & leave ourselves as well as everyone around us behind. It wasn’t until this year that I realized something was lost, I didn’t know where it was, what was lost or even how to find it. I had to fight with myself to understand this and come into a new way of living. I’m thankful for family, the friendships I’ve had to lean on, the young men Im able to work with everyday & the people in life who truly have my back unconditionally. Processing emotions is strange and for some, uncharted territory. Learning to transcend these emotions has been the most progressive area of growth for me as a man and I hope to inspire other young men to do the same moving forward.
