On Friday 24th October, we’ll welcome rising vegan superstar
@denaimoore to Café Petiole for a one-night-only collab dinner.
Denai will cook alongside our very own
@chefrishimsachdeva showcasing her creative, Jamaican-inspired, plant-first dishes under her
@flakybydee Jamaican patty brand with a few Petiole twists from Rishim along the way, of course!
The final collab menu is still in the works, but you can expect dishes such as:
* Beetroot tartare with charred Scotch Bonnet mayo & tostones
* Sticky jerk-glazed lion’s mane mushrooms with toasted coconut spring onion sambol & fragrant golden coconut rice
* And, of course, Dee’s famous Flaky! patty with curry squash and tamarind sauce
