ℙ𝕦𝕥𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕍𝕖𝕘𝕖𝕥𝕒𝕓𝕝𝕖𝕤 𝔹𝕒𝕔𝕜 𝕀𝕟 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕡𝕠𝕥𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 Just off London’s Regent St you’ll find this chic and intimate gem where the talented @chefrishimsachdeva showcases what’s possible in plant-first food All the dishes are vegetarian and most are vegan and believe me they are anything but boring! Plus I don’t ‘do’ fake meat so I absolutely loved this was all about fresh and seasonal vegetables We ordered a selection of plates from their ‘Discovert Prix Menu’ and ‘A La Carte’ and left stuffed! A few standouts- the white bean spread with chilli serves with pitta was devoured, ‘Chinatown’ purple potatoes coated in sticky soy and sesame were addictively good. The Leek fritter with curry leaf aioli and radish salad a tasty delight and confit heritage carrots were elevated with a miso glaze and chimichurri whilst the sesame chocolate mousse with tahini was the indulgent finish. This is one where vegetables steal the limelight…and rightly so! @tendril_kitchen also has a regularly-changing list of vegan wines from small European producers sits alongside cocktails (my fave is their signature Tendril Margarita with jalapeño & smoked salt) Perfect for date nights, catch-ups with friends or when you want to try somewhere new without breaking the bank. The kind of spot you gatekeep… but also can’t stop talking about 👉🏼Follow @sonalicooks Save this, share it, and go book that table *PRinvite 📍 Tendril - A (mostly) Vegan Kitchen & Bar 💰Discovert Prix Menu £27 - set menu served throughout the week, a la carte menu from Monday to Wednesday, and late long brunch on Saturday and Sunday. . . . . . . #HiddenGemLondon #PlantForwardEating #VeganFriendlyLondon #veganuary #regentstreet FoodieFinds | Tendril Kitchen | Vegan London | Plantbased Restaurant | Regent Street | Oxford Street| London Hidden Gem | Vegetarian London | visit london

@thelittlelondonvegan has been a friend of Tendril and a steady source of support since the early days. Having her at the table this year, with what feels like our strongest menu yet, genuinely marks a moment for us. We hope this sparks a little curiosity! Whether you live plant-first or simply like discovering good food done thoughtfully. With warm regards and high fives, Rishim & team Tendril

#ELLEGourmetRestaurants: It’s not every day that a small, independent restaurant throws down the gauntlet to London’s dining scene, especially one daring enough to put vegetables centre stage without crutches like fake meats or curry. But then again, Tendril, tucked away in posh Mayfair, isn’t your everyday restaurant. It’s a clever chameleon of a place – by day, sunlight spills into the airy front room, perfect for casual chatter over lunch; by night, the shadow-kissed rear whispers romance. Founded by chef Rishim Sachdeva, Tendril has emerged as one of those destinations for those seeking inventive, plant-forward dishes that skilfully erase any vegan food scepticism. Head to the 🔗 in bio to read more. . Words by: @rupalidean . Veganuary, Vegan, Tendril, Vegetarian, Food, Restaurant, London Restaurant, Chef

“…it’s the kind of dish that makes you pause, marvel, and question whether this is what vegetables ‘always’ wanted to be but never knew how” - @ellegourmetindia 🙌🏼

January at Tendril takes a familiar turn. Back in January 2019 @chefrishimsachdeva took a Veganuary pledge. He decided to challenge himself as a chef to cook only using vegetables, curiosity led the way and Tendril was born. We’re honest with our guests and our team. No lectures and no labels. The menu always reflects what Rishim loves to cook and eat, which is why you’ll usually spot a little cheese making an appearance. But every January, we give vegetables the full spotlight - seasonal produce, clever techniques, and a creative flair with big flavour. You don’t need a rulebook to enjoy good veg. January just happens to be a brilliant moment to lean into winter produce and try something new. We’d love to welcome you 🙌🏼

What a year it’s been. Measured in new dishes and familiar favourites. In full tables, long conversations and the quiet hum of a dining room doing its thing. Evenings that began with curiosity and stretched on, just a little longer than planned. Thank you for coming through the doors – for choosing us for midweek suppers, special occasions, spontaneous bookings and everything in between. Tendril is shaped daily by the people who sit at the tables, and we’re grateful for every one of you. We’re heading into the new year rested, curious and cooking with intent. Plenty to come. We can’t wait to serve you! With warm regards and high fives, Rishim & team Tendril

If you find yourself caught in the last-minute shopping rush, do step inside for a moment. There’s food worth slowing down for, glasses being topped up and a dining room that feels a world away from the noise outside. We’ll be here in the run-up and again in that gentle stretch between Christmas and the New Year. We can’t wait to serve you! With warm regards and high fives, Rishim & team Tendril
