Construction has begun on the new Aura Town Centre on Queensland's Sunshine Coast - a significant milestone for Stockland's largest master planned community.
The official ground-breaking was marked onsite with a smoking ceremony and a visit from the Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning and Minister of Industrial Relations, the Hon. Jarrod Bleijie MP, who joined representatives from Stockland and the local community.
The development will help support strong population growth, with the Sunshine Coast trade area forecast to reach nearly 74,000 people by 2028.

FDC partnered with National Storage to significantly expand both capacity and customer experience at their Marion, Adelaide facility.
Delivered across two stages, the project saw the complete demolition of the existing site and the design and construction of five new storage buildings, supported by a new stormwater system, external car parking and landscaped surrounds.
Now complete, National Storage Marion delivers a remarkable 73% increase in storage capacity - future-ready and built for growth.

Construction is officially underway at the Noarlunga Heights Super Centre, marking a key milestone for this $17.5M redevelopment in Adelaide's southern corridor.
In partnership with BWP Property Group, Hames Sharley and Tango Projects, FDC is transforming the former Bunnings Warehouse into a contemporary multi-tenancy retail destination.
Through intelligent adaptive reuse, the existing 8,800sqm structure is being retained and repurposed to deliver more than 11,200sqm of gross lettable area, reducing environmental impact while unlocking long-term value for the community.

Last week's ceremony brought together UNSW and FDC leadership, project partners and our delivery team to mark this important milestone and start of construction.
The G25 Education Building will deliver 20,000sqm of purpose-built teaching and learning spaces, supporting UNSW's long-term campus development strategy and future-focused education outcomes.
