Great to see strong progress at 151 Forster Road, Mount Waverley for Aliro Group on behalf of its flagship fund, the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle. This project reflects one of our core values, being impactful, with a clear focus on delivering outcomes, not just activity. A complex, large scale ambient warehouse, food production and cold storage facility, the project is moving with real momentum. Bulk earthworks and inground services are well advanced, with base build and production design continuing to integrate in parallel. Credit to the team for continuing to drive leading outcomes for all stakeholders. Looking forward to seeing the next stage come to life. Last week, our Head of People & Culture, Natasha Waters, spoke at the @rcdfoundation Brainy Breakfast centred on accelerating change. Tash shared her journey with her son Billy, offering a deeply personal perspective. She spoke about what accelerating change means for families, grounded in clarity, connection and community, and the importance of an expedited diagnosis and how being connected to the right people at the right time can make all the difference. Her story also highlighted the role of the RCD Foundation in bringing people together and the power of community to drive better outcomes for children with brain cancer. We’re incredibly proud of Tash for sharing something so personal and for her ongoing work with the RCD Foundation.

As Project Manager and Superintendent, we are proud to be leading coordination across design, approvals and delivery for the Gladstone Regional Indoor Sports Centre. We’re pleased to share that Gladstone Amateur Basketball Association Incorporated has appointed Paynters as contractor, supported by $10 million in Stage 1 funding through the Commonwealth Government’s Priority Community Infrastructure Program. This new two court, FIBA compliant facility will support local sport, increase capacity and strengthen community connection across Gladstone. Following extensive design and procurement coordination, it’s been a strong collaborative effort between the club, design team and contractor, and we look forward to seeing this important community facility come to life. The project is now moving into detailed design, with construction anticipated to commence in mid 2026 and completion targeted for early 2027. Watch this space!

BWP Noarlunga Heights Super Centre has reached a defining milestone. With the existing structural skeleton of the former Bunnings building now exposed, the scale and strength of the original asset is on full display. It’s a powerful visual not just of what was, but of what’s being reimagined. This moment highlights the value of repurposing. BWP Fountain Gate Central The works at the BWP Trust Fountain Gate Central project continue to evolve, with the development taking shape as a new Large Format Retail Centre. A key focus of the project has been the careful re-use of the existing structure and slab. This approach not only reduces the overall carbon footprint but also helps accelerate delivery, creating a strong outcome from both a sustainability and programme perspective. This project is a true example of the benefits of adaptive re-use and a testament to BWP Trust’s vision in delivering more efficient and sustainable retail assets. Coles Annerley - PROJECT UPDATE The Coles Annerley Project has reached a key milestone, with the supermarket’s structural steel now erected on the podium deck. A significant moment for the team and a clear indication of the development taking shape as we transition from substructure into superstructure works. What was once below ground is now becoming highly visible - always one of the most rewarding phases on any project. Attention now turns to the next major milestone; the commencement of external services works which will bring the site alive. This phase has been underpinned by over nine months of detailed planning and coordination between the project team and the relevant authorities to carefully manage interfaces with Ipswich Road - a critical corridor carrying approximately 60,000 vehicles per day. Maintaining traffic continuity while delivering these works has been a key priority, requiring a considered and collaborative approach. A strong result to date and a testament to the collective effort of the broader project team. Looking forward to building on this momentum as the project continues to take shape. Team Tango is taking part in the @melbourneteamstri this Sunday! We’re stepping out of the office and into the action at Catani Gardens, St Kilda, competing in the Split Team Triathlon – AKA the Fun Relay. The format is pretty simple: • 300m swim at St Kilda Beach • 10km ride along Beach Road • 4km run along the beach path Teams of 2–3 divide the legs and work together for one combined time. It’s a great excuse to get the team outdoors, challenge ourselves, and enjoy some friendly competition while representing Team Tango. This morning we celebrated International Women’s Day with a Breakfast & Site Tour at Gate 8 Jollimont. Having project managed and delivered the project, it was great to return and explore the building and see the incredible work of the Harris Capital Group. Most importantly, it was a chance to celebrate the amazing women within our team, recognising their talent, leadership and the contribution they make to our projects and culture every day. Last week we celebrated the official opening of @brisbanenetballassociation redeveloped clubhouse at Bradbury Park, attended by Federal Minister for Sport @anikawellsmp Delivered with $3 million in Australian Government funding, the new facility supports more than 1,300 players and families and sets a new benchmark for community clubhouse design in Queensland. We appreciate the trust Brisbane Netball Association placed in Tango to help deliver the next chapter of their 50+ year legacy. Proud Moment for Tango Projects and the @rcdfoundation Each year, our team at Tango Projects continues to strengthen our partnership with the incredible @rcdfoundation Through fundraising efforts like Connor’s Run, we’re reminded that the impact goes far beyond the event itself.   Today, we’re proud to share some powerful news.   A world-first clinical trial will soon begin testing personalised mRNA cancer vaccines for children and adolescents facing advanced or treatment-resistant brain tumours.   This milestone has been made possible through the commitment of the RCD Foundation, its supporters, and a $2.578 million investment from the Australian Government. The trial was launched today at @uniofqld where Tango Projects is currently delivering work on campus.
