It’s a big win all round for the whole Fathom team, with our very own Director of Development Bobby Kennedy leading the project from inception, through @jarrahpropertymelbourne .
The judges commended its design resolution, construction ingenuity and market performance, noting its high sustainability credentials and deep community engagement throughout the planning process.

Late in 2025, we were proud to mark the completion of FABRIC Caulfield! 🥳🍾
A thoughtfully delivered collection of luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in prime position on Glen Huntly Road.

A decent innings of lawn bowls gave us a chance to get the dogs out, roll the arm and have some hotly contested fun in great weather ➡️ as well as some more formal celebrations at one of our soon to be announced heritage projects for 2026 + a day out at the races!
It’s been a great way to come together, celebrate what an exciting year 2025 has been, and enjoy some well-earned festive fun around Christmas. 🎄
