Exciting news to kick off the new year — we recently received planning endorsement for our townhouse project in Bentleigh East.
Too often, the streetscape of medium-density developments is dominated by garage doors. Here, double garages are carefully tucked away to the side of each dwelling, allowing generous full-width living frontages to engage with private gardens at both the front and rear of the site.
The architecture is composed to read as a singular, larger home, reinforcing a residential streetscape and tying the development back to its suburban context.
