hello 🌬️
My debut album is being recorded live at Paddington Uniting Church Jan 22nd + 23rd.
New band, 10 new songs, string quartet, endless reverb. This is the most intimate and personal collection of songs I’ve ever written navigating loss of love, loss of life, loss of meaning.
You’re invited to the ceremony. Recorded straight to vinyl. Eternal bliss! Immortal life!

We are going to showcase some of the artists on the lead up to the West of Somewhere exhibition on August 1st at @chippolord@debaser_events convinced me to go first in kicking this series off. Whilst this felt very weird and self-indulgent, it was kinda nice to answer some questions on my work (even if I wrote said questions. I’ve been talking to myself for years but at least now I did it for a reason.
Come to the exhibition next Friday!

Collage-Based Jeff Buckley Posters & a custom tee, printed myself at my @exploradium studio.
Inspired by the idea of sentimental memories and the notion of music as a tangible artefact.
Wouldn’t fit in the format of last post ♥️
Bone/Earth Ringer Art Nouveau Antiques Tee. 200gsm Pure Cotton.
Having trouble picking which one to include in the collection. Going to try a a vote on our story.
The Mediterranean tour tee. From the finished collection.
And what a journey. Amidst a case of a creative block, I did some logistic work I’ve wanted to do for a while. I’ve moved production/printing in house, and wanted to make the quality and fit better than ever before.
After some searching, I’ve found new manufacturers of the shirts, and they are better than ever too. Heavy American Cotton Tees and Ringer Tees etc etc. Heavier than when my Dad took me to a music store when I was 5 and they were playing Anthrax on the speakers.
I’ve been spending the last few months ordering blank samples, printing, washing, abusing and just generally treating like shit (in the name of quality testing) the finished garments by wearing them every day, and I am so happy with how they have turned out. The best they’ve ever been.
It’s been a journey, but it’s coming now.
Capsule collection coming end of September.
Collection 4 Coming Soon.

As many of you know, I took last year off from Exploradium* to finish my design studies and take an opportunity to travel the world. In the midst of my travels, as I was thrust out of my comfort zone again and again, I was exposed to innumerable inspirational and creative musicians, photographers, artists, as well as revered museum artworks and artefacts.
In the end, I had no idea how or in which direction I wanted the exploradium* identity to grow in a cohesive way.
As a hugely sentimental person, I took my time and after contemplating for a few months what to do with have decided to use the idea of mythology, time and place to inspire exploradium’s next collection, all themed around the my own memories, the histories and sociocultural perception of each place.
With a Greek mother and a musician father inspired by the 1960’s, 80’s hard rock and mythological figures of Laurel Canyon, these parts of my identity have always, on reflection, made their way into my creative output in some form or another.
There has always been a huge component of exploradium’s design language - whether that be Ancient Greek, Eastern European, Wild Western or ‘the 1960’s,’ that exploring and dissecting the cultural mythology of the modern world, and that is what I’m leaning into more than ever.
