LBWATTO - RYDE DIV 2 CHAMPIONS - SUMMER 25/26
LBWatto were on the back foot for most of the first innings as they struggled to build momentum with the bat. Saidur Rahman 42 (33) was the top scorer, while Nalin Mehrotra 36 (29)* ensured they posted a competitive total to defend.
For Seamin’ Demons, Dillan Vardanega (2/15) was exceptional and well supported by the rest of the attack, as they restricted LBWatto to 5/131.
In reply, Seamin’ Demons made a steady start before Seth Pera (20 off 30) and Oliver Butler (22 off 24) fell, stalling the chase. While five batters reached double figures, none were able to push on as LBWatto’s bowlers chipped away with regular wickets.
Player of the Final Nalin Mehrotra (3/13) led the charge with the ball, while Jeebak Sabu (2/9 off 3) and Neil Thompson (1/13 off 3) provided excellent support to close out the game.
A brilliant all-round bowling performance saw Seamin’ Demons finish on 6/102, falling 29 runs short, as LBWatto claimed the title.

A space jam in two parts, North Brother drips with nostalgic charm echoing from distant memories and faraway feelings.
Inspired by the looming, majestic mountain of the same name (located in the mid-north coast of NSW, Australia) that same sense of timelessness is what drove the musical inspiration for North Brother; the foreboding feeling that music, somehow, was there long before us and similarly endures far beyond us.
