We don’t just hire; we mentor, train, and invest. Whether you’re into tech, design, leadership, or getting your hands dirty and making something real, there is a career for you in this ever-evolving industry. Steel is rising in the River District! This topping out marks another major step forward for the College of Western Idaho’s Micron Academic Center. Backed by a significant gift from Micron Technology, the 101,000 sq-ft facility will anchor future-focused programs in business and advanced technologies while helping shape a dynamic, mixed-use destination in downtown Boise. Have you driven by this exciting project yet? #ESIConstruction @ahlquistdev @hummel_arch @paradigm_idaho @collegeofwesternidaho

We’re trained to manage the risks we can see, but the ones we can’t see are just as critical to jobsite safety and team performance. Living out our commitment to be Dedicated, Dependable, and Dynamic means recognizing how stress, fatigue, and personal struggles impact decision-making and stepping in before small issues become major incidents. That’s why our FAC and SAC leaders are receiving Mental Health First Aid training this May. Identifying warning signs, connecting teammates with resources, and fostering a culture where it’s okay to speak up shows that safety is both physical and mental. Normalize these conversations, because no one should have to struggle alone. #ESIConstruction #MentalHealthAwareness @mentalhealthfirstaidusa

Denim Day is a reminder that what someone wears is never an invitation or excuse for harm. It’s more than just jeans; it’s about raising awareness, challenging harmful assumptions, and standing in support of survivors. By wearing denim, we help spark important conversations, continue to create a culture of respect, and reinforce that accountability and empathy should always lead the way. #ESIConstruction #DenimDay2026 @peaceovrviolnce

When @idaho_falls_power (IFP) needed a partner to deliver a $36 million energy infrastructure project, they turned to a trusted Idaho-based general contractor, and ESI delivered. Completed in late 2025, the new Idaho Falls Peaking Power Plant represents a major milestone in IFP's 125-year legacy of providing reliable, affordable energy. April is Recycling month! Did you know the origination of the ESI CARES Foundation was built on recycling?   Founded in 2018, we have chosen to combine our passion for environmental responsibility with our desire to contribute by establishing a metal recycling program. Our teams collect recyclable materials from our projects and our offices and turn them into dollars for ESI CARES and our community.   Our employees and trade partners help raise money to fund the Foundation by diverting this waste and recycling scrap metal on our projects. We recycle everything we can and use the salvage value to provide meaningful contributions to organizations in the communities we touch that support families.
