Unboxing of my new Infinity Braid Rope by @weckmethod
I’ve been wanting this since I had the chance to try it back in January. The perfect blend of speed, agility and weight without the bulky handle.
Big thanks to @slushropes for helping me get one.

#TheGreatFullPodcast @HandballNinja Meets @TheDavidWeck
I’m big on the law of reciprocity and giving as I’ve received. On the back of concluding my multi-sport Team USA and international athletic career I have shared tools I utilized as well as insights from those who educated or inspired me during my career under the theme of being “GreatFull”.
Rope Flow, a methodology that @thedavidweck has catalyzed into a global following, takes the emphasis of jumping out of rolling the ropes to emphasis the upper body’s rotational mechanics. A long time jump roper I utilized the abundance of solitary time the pandemic provided in 2020 to do a deep dive into @rmtropeflow . What I was surprised to hear was the incredible story of @GiftWHubbard regaining standing mobility after being immobilized to a wheelchair with the aid of rope flow. Shout out to @HumanTimothy of @WayOfTheRope , @Alpaca.Flow , @ErikMickelberg , @ErodingWeakness , @Yuri_Marmerstein , @RokasMove , @KenFullyArmed , and Rope Flows great global connector @Rannyarri 🫶🏿
Our full convo dives into our respective athletic journeys as well as our journey together connecting on this side of the pandemic and working together as I lived out my dreams at the Paris 2024 Olympics and competed in my sixth continent in club competition at last October’s #IHFClubWCH. Additionally I share with David an exercise that he subsequently trials on one of the @weckmethod gym goers at the end. The full two hour convo can be watched on the @handballninja YouTube channel (PG-13 for mild suggestive language). #HandballNinjaMeetsDavidWeck
One of the best ways to train the pelvic floor is… low, slow, and expansive breathing at the bottom of a hinge🔑🔑🔑 @builtwellforbirth
.
We’re showcasing a bent press variation with that same cueing. Slow, low, and expansive pelvic floor inhales⭐️
.
For the birthing mother @builtwellforbirth this is essential in labor and delivery🤰🏻. I’d argue this skill is essential for every other human as well📈 Unclench your glutes my friends. When you have full function of your pelvic floor muscles, life is so much sweeter✅

We've all heard before that you should get 10000 steps in a day, but that advice is often misinterpreted.
You don't need to walk 5 miles in a setting and call it a day, just like how you don't need to go to a gym for two hours and spend the rest of your time sitting. Finding ways to cue yourself or prompt movement in your day to day life is the easiest and most reliable way of conditioning yourself to exercise more or simply be more active.
Choose stairs over elevators, make a point of getting up from the floor without using your hands, or use any of the advice I gave in this video to make training constant and habitual instead of a demoralizing punishment.
Or check out Traveling Man on the website. Those workouts take, like, 15 minutes. And I know you've been on IG for more than 15 minutes.
1 exercise, 2 sides of the coin🔥❄️Utilizing the @weckmethod Torsion Techniques📈 @builtwellforbirth
.
First reps are performed in “Internal Torsion❄️” with shoulders/scaps protracted, bracing my entire core.
.
Second reps are performed in “External Torsion🔥” with retracted shoulders/scaps, bracing my entire back.
.
More full body integration, strength, thoracic mobility, better posture, all the good stuff. If you listen until the end, I even drop a few golden nuggets like getting multiple reps per one breath and unclenching your pelvic floor and glutes✅
.
This demo is from our clinical research training. Yes, 3rd Trimester moms need upper body strength too, and yes this is applicable to everyone!

My coaching style isn't for everyone, and that's okay. It is for people who:
- Want to lift 300+lbs with one hand
- Avoid gassing out in fights
- Be able to throw an adult man over their shoulders
- Put a couple hundred pounds above their heads with one hand
But those are just my feats. Doesn't mean my clients can do it, right?
Well Sara is a mom of six and does Yoke Walks heavier than your max squat. Kaylee was doing 124# kettlebell swings for sets of 12 just a couple months after her 10 minutes of pushing. Dianne was told she couldn't lift above five pounds and ended her time with me performing sandbag over-the-shoulders and landmine snatches.
Orrie started out at 120lbs when he was training with me. He just weighed in at 170 and can do a full iron cross. Noah's a new dad, but still finds time to work on his mobility and gas tank. Brendan and Jason have gotten BEEFY since structured, intense programming came their way.
But like I said, not everyone wants these results.
