How ecstatic dance changed my life 🧑‍🩰 Before I started going to dance workshops, I didn’t know how to move my body. I would stand in the back of the dancefloor, not knowing how or even feeling like I could dance to express myself. It took 2 years of consistently showing up for ecstatic dances before I took my first workshop. I learned some new tools to put in my toolbox. I tried other kinds of workshops. More tools. Then, when I started to hear the music, I started to feel my body pulling and pushing me in different directions. Instead of forcing my body to move to the beat, the music guided and moved through me. ​If you Resonate with this, I want to invite you to come play with us at Resonance Gathering! It's a masterfully composed fusion of worlds, one not to be missed!
