I didn’t even know this was something that could shift- and wasn’t something i actively complained about or knew needed to change.
I used to feel SUPER stressed in traffic to the point of not driving across town because I wanted to avoid traffic (which is complex in the ATL area). Trucks driving next to me would make me tense up, people honking at me or cutting me off would make me grip the steering wheel tighter, I’d sit as close to the wheel as possible feeling like I couldn’t SEE anything.. especially at night or during sunset, the lights would give me a headache and I’d choose to just not drive for the challenge.
But today was miraculous! No stress. I could see just fine. I even enjoyed the ride. No gripping, no squinting, no struggle. Just a regular drive.

Day 4 of the SFT immersive, first session this am, I got the honor of facilitating a core blockage release session. The client on the table and were clearly both ready for this and she had a massive release. It’s the kind of thing you can’t really understand how to do until you feel it - it’s not a mind thing, it’s a body thing.
I LOVE that so much!
This is why I signed up for Spinal Flow in the first place is to learn to facilitate these types of sessions (which are meant to be held during retreats and immersive only because of the nature and depth of experience possible). It hits me in all the best places, for real.
During and after the session we were both shaking and crying and super emotional and grateful. What a rush!
Not everyone is ready to experience this at the training program. I was SO blessed to be matched with my Sistar to have this experience.
I cannot wait for more to come!

This is a big deal. I’ve been trying to get to this moment for the better part of the last 3 years.
I’m headed to the in-person Spinal Flow Immersive!
I attended virtually in the winter, received my certification shortly after, and have been practicing since - I am incredibly grateful for this modality and the ways it has shifted my life..
When I first signed up for the training, I paid my last $1k as a deposit and then freaked out for 7 months about how I was going to pay for it. It was a significant investment, but I felt CALLED. Then, proceeded to fight tooth and nail as I descended into the darkness of fear and anxiety. I received 2 SFT sessions from a local practitioner and believe that was instrumental in clearing some root chakra money blocks as well as downregulating slough to make some significant life shifts - suddenly, just as I was required to start making payments, I received an onslaught of work (without even looking or asking for anything - I found myself with enough catering gigs to cover the whole training).
Miracles are kinda standard for me at this point. I have learned to live expecting miracles and provision - and they often turn out differently than I think or expect they will, so I’ve also learned to roll with redirection and pay close attention to my body, intuition and messages from angels.
The best part (for me) of signing up for this whole journey was knowing that I’d be receiving as part of the training over the course of 7 days. Many people report incredible shifts from so many back to back sessions.
I’ve been waiting for this moment; preparing, practicing, planning, booking, cancelling, rescheduling.. booking, rescheduling..
This upcoming week is my last chance to do it. I’ve fully extended what is possible with this program in regards to timing and I believe it’s perfectly aligned because it’s taken my nervous system this long to be ready for it. (Which in itself is a miracle after the trauma of breaking my back among so many other things).
So here we grow!

Halloween /Samhain portal has been rough since 2009 when I had a death experience. This year I prayed about how to change that and I was guided to celebrate my inner child and buy her a unicorn onesie. Voila!
It turned out to be a great joy and super cozy way to play in the dark in a way that allowed my Light to truly shine. During a time when historically I’ve suffered from seasonal depression, really intense hibernation and mood swings, find myself giggling randomly, bursting out into song and dance, taking care of myself and showing up in ways I haven’t felt able to for a long time.
I’m so grateful for answered prayers.
