Nourishment doesnāt need to be complicated.
Once it becomes a routine, nourishing yourself isnāt complicated. It should be exciting, delicious, and leaves you feeling your best.
ā¢take inventory of what you already have: fridge, freezer, and pantry. [#teamnofoodeaste over here šš¼]
ā¢eat seasonality: find local farmers, farmers markets, farm storesā¦or check whatās on sale at the grocery store, that normally means itās in season.
ā¢UTILIZE YOUR FREEZER. Make extra and freeze some for the futureā whether thatās sauces, meals, cut up veggies, etcā¦your future self will thank you.
Also, donāt sleep in frozen fruits, veggies, meat, etc. ā fresh is not superior.
ā¢switch things up- make the same bowl but add different veggies. add a different sauce. put it on a sweet potato instead of bread. turn it into a bowl instead of a wrap. or vice versa.
