Big day in the Heat Locker on the HUME for Day 4 and want ended up being the last day of the challenge.
After a well needed break from the heat the crew came up with a plan to make back the hours lost by prepping for a massive graveyard shift.
On one of the worst sections of the highway just after 10pm the legs couldn’t go any further and the decision was made to stop.
The hills were cruel, the heat was unbearable but boy oh boy did we learn some lessons from this one.
