I'm so grateful for my connection with my co-facilitator Anthony and our meditation group that has developed over the past twelve months at Bettermentall Australia Inc. Trafalgar.
We are both excited for the opportunity to be facilitating a series of 8-week meditation courses with the support of the dedicated team Jason and Kerry Rantalll have established and provided in the spirit of promoting community connection and wellbeing.

1. 'Have A Chat' community group Thursdays -
A weekly bbq and catch up for all people to attend. Meditation and breathwork offered thanks to @complete_movement_breath and Reminessence.
2. Youth hub Tuesdays -
A weekly youth group for our young people to come along to and engage and talk to other youth and mentors in a safe and inclusive space.
3. Keeping kids in sport support -
Supporting families to keep kids involved in sports and hobbies.
