Howdy folks, the May newsletter is out! April was one of our busiest months on record, with not one, not two, but THREE whole sites finished over the course of the month (technically 2 and a new product launch but shhh). Here’s a recap of the recap: 1. A totally new site and rebrand for Tobin, Bernardon and Wazny LLP @tbw__ny with a whole slew of custom CSS animations. Check out that neat video header! 2. Built in partnership with @andrewshea and @many.design.studio for @parsonsschoolofdesign , the AI Magnifier is a survey-based data visualization project built to gauge the zeitgeist surrounding AI and its impact in creative fields. The project hones in on asking questions about the ethical implications and possible societal repercussions of AI use, with an extensive archive of all submitted responses to allow for users to comb through collected data to view the opinions of their peers. Highly responsive and thoroughly polished, the Creative AI Magnifier is built in Wordpress, leveraging D3.js and server-side PHP + MySQL to provide real-time data visualization and interactivity. The Magnifier is Dayflower’s most ambitious project to date, and with 4+ months in active development, it’s a labor of love we’re deeply, deeply proud of and thrilled to share.
