Today our team worked on the inauguration ceremony of the Rector of Tallinn University.
@dank.ot and @ed.the.reitman handled the broadcast audio mix as well as the live sound mix for the event in the university’s Assembly Hall.
Proud to be part of this special event.

Flowers On The Nightstand is a song about knowing you would crawl right back towards the darkness even if it were to ever let you off its hook. About accepting the most hidden parts of your psyche. It is our first song with the new lineup! Meant for night-time drives or long walks with headphones on.

Yes — Holistic Photosynthesis by Hendrix Holm(@drixdrummer ) can be performed by a single player!
It may sound like a duet, but it’s not.
Here’s the proof as a little appetizer: Tanel Eiko Novikov(@taneleiko ) in action, developing his new technique — the Holistic Method — which is a central element in this composition.

Holistic Photosynthesis
Story, script, and music by Hendrix Holm
Performed by Tanel Eiko Novikov
Animation by Jazz Juego
Mix and Mastering by Daniil Kotilevits
With support from #KodaKultur
The animation follows four characters who journey into a microscopic world inside a leaf, carrying green energy to save a decaying castle. Through loss, sacrifice, and transformation, their mission restores balance — allowing color, life, and vitality to flow back into the human world. It is a poetic and powerful metaphor, brought to life frame by frame with extraordinary dedication.
Every drawing, every movement, and every transition was crafted by hand, allowing the music to breathe visually in an innovative way that invites a broader audience into the story. This approach to portraying music is bold, time-consuming, and rare — and that is precisely why it matters. Bravo to Jazz Juego, whose creative force shaped this story with such sensitivity and vision.
We want to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Hendrix (formerly Hendrik) — a true force to be reckoned with. He is fearless in his artistic vision, unafraid to challenge musicians with new technical demands, and endlessly inventive in the way he shapes musical storytelling. His thinking keeps the audience alert, curious, and waiting for the next unexpected turn.
This post will be our final one of the year. As we close this chapter, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for joining us on this journey. We hope you take the time to experience the animation, and we look forward to sharing all our upcoming projects in 2026, as we continue our mission of promoting music to the world.
With gratitude and pride,

Had an absolute blast recording this back in the Summer! Huge thanks to @editionsvitzer and @roschkovmedia for the amazing production, @dank.ot and his sound & mixing black magic, and @drixdrummer for the awesome piece!
Kevin Doyle masterclass on sound mixing and philosophy of collaboration among engineers and band members / leaders.
Additionally scratched surface of compression colouration even at mild settings and EQ work for improving a tonal balance of a track with simple examples.
Thanks to Roman Uvarov for hosting this masterclass / workshop and gathering fellow engineers and friends.
It was both fun and informative!
