At the end of last year I decided to drop an ep ,my first time ever rapping on my own beats , mixed and mastered in a week off binging mixing tutorials on YouTube , I trusted my ear as I always have and just said fuck it imma tell my story as long as it’s audible , this year started with me having allot going on life wise so consistency was out the question . feel like I live in 2 worlds the one I live on the daily and the passion I have for this music shit , so I had to get to some uda shit that kept me preoccupied in one side of my life , continued to grow as a producer but had a block because I’m stuck between what I been through and what I’m actually on now , allot of feelings to resolve and express , the ep “ILL vol 1” crazy enough got allot of people looking in places I never thought my shit would reach u really never know who watching , I’ve always been a do shit myself nigga ,I had mad backlog of music recorded ,someone close to me said this project sounds like me in audio form like all my fuck shit tendencies and what I been through . This is a start and a promise to nurture this side more something to hold onto coz more is coming and content too coz mufukas say that’s needed these days so imma fuck with it . Always felt like an outsider and “exile.”is the perfect title that encompases how I always felt growing up and being a man .
