THE LOFT - An evening with Theo Zierock of Foradori
One night only! On Tuesday 16th June, Newcomer Wines will welcome Theo Zierock of Foradori to The Loft in Clerkenwell for a very special dinner, cooked by LUCA’s Robert Chambers.
Nestled high in Trentino, in the idyllic Italian Dolomites, where Germanic and Italian traditions collide, you’ll find Agricola Foradori. Founded in 1901 and biodynamic since 2002 under Elisabetta Foradori, the estate is now led by the next generation - Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha - who’ve brought fresh energy to one of Italy’s most influential wineries.
Theo will be joining The Loft (located above LUCA) on the night to share more about his family’s vision of expressing the unique terroir of Trentino through their wines.
The four-course menu has been designed especially for the occasion and will include an antipasto of grilled white and yellow peaches, stracciatella and alpine speck followed by aged pork chop with white beans and artichoke. For dolci, we’re serving vignola cherry pie with plum kernel custard and mascarpone ice cream.Â

Arpepe and Valfaccenda at The Loft
On Monday 2nd March, Tutto will host a special dinner celebrating the joys of Nebbiolo with Isabella of Arpepe and Luca of Valfaccenda in the beautiful surroundings of The Loft.
The evening will explore Nebbiolo in several guises – from the delicate, nuanced wines of Valtellina to the soulful expressions of Roero – alongside a four-course menu from LUCA’s Robert Chambers, designed to best complement the wines.
Located above LUCA in Clerkenwell, The Loft is undoubtedly one of London’s great hidden spaces. By day it is home to Smith & Willis, the hospitality-led restaurant group founded by Johnny Smith and Daniel Willis. Having known Johnny and Daniel long before Tutto began – and having opened a number of special bottles together over the years – we’re delighted to reunite for what promises to be a truly memorable evening.
A large selection of Arpepe and Valfaccenda wines will be available to order on the night, including special older vintages, with Isabella and Luca on hand to share the stories behind each wine, whilst Ed Wilson of Brawn will be playing records on the CAT sound system to soundtrack your after-dinner drinks.

Rainy Heart and The Loft link up for a proper Mancunian–London get-together, in that there London.
Expect raised glasses, nodded heads, a bit of dancing (optional but encouraged), excellent food (from @tacospadre ), and a respectable home time before anyone turns into a pumpkin.
@danieljohnwillis and @johnnymaxsmith left Manchester in the early noughties to throw parties and make bangers, eventually finding themselves running some of London’s best restaurants. These days, they operate a slightly naughty loft space above their restaurant, @luca.restaurant — now firmly established as a home for very good parties and very good music.
Meanwhile, back up north, @danhope and @rufdug have been busy doing the same — growing @rainyheartmcr from a roaming party into a full-blown community and, more recently, a permanent space. The result: some of Manchester’s most talked-about shindigs, now heading south for the night.
