What a year 2025 was 😮‍💨 They (we) say restaurants are about people, community & camaraderie and boy are we blessed to have the most incredible team who brought enthusiasm and energy in spades in 2025, particularly to see out the year and the joyous festive season. Our dear general manager @pirgull and his infectious smile. The magician @blk_majic ‘s gentle, warm demeanour and killer martinis. Our very own mob boss wife, the sophisticat @giulia_savorelli , the wondrous @frankievalentine and the inimitable @sarahcwright pouring drops that sparkle almost as much as they do. #owen whose chuffedness for hospitality knows no bounds, we will miss you dearly. Then to our champions in the kitchen. The milky boys @joeoflewes @george_.oakes whose enthusiasm for the push and exceptional execution are nothing short of inspiring. Our new sous Chef @_charlie0151 who feels like part of the furniture already. @hamishsc0tt , @fyn.n_ and @cecilia_price who have smashed the buzziest of services with grace and extraordinary banter. Our glorious leader in the kitchen, chef Frank Guest and our rockstar kitchen porter Rokib who has been with us since day dot. We’d be nothing without you all; your dedication keeps us going! Here’s to an amazing 2026 - come and keep warm with our weekday set lunch for the steal of £25 for two courses and £29 for 3 as part of @goodfoodguideuk Restaurant Month - and of course our DRY MARTINI JANUARY - @no3gin martinis for £5 all month long. To our darling Frankie who ascends to Wine & Floor Manager this week. Frankie answered our call for Trainee Sommelier almost two years ago and instantly became a strong and beautiful thread in the fabric of our small but brilliant Sune team. Frankie’s disarming nature, love for people, and ability to find the right wine for everyone are clear to anyone who has been lucky enough to have been served by her. Congrats Frankie! 🧡
