An integral part of the celebration will be a 6-course lunch, lovingly prepared by @goatgrid chef and farmer @joshuaadickinson known in the local community for the beauty he creates at @bayte_stleonards and from the time he spent under the tutelage of esteemed chefs at establishments such as @lechateaubriand_ in Paris.
Intertwined will be pairings and sharings of bespoke BELLEWETHER SPIRITS (both with and without alcohol), including innovative health elixirs made from the gifts that grow under our feet and from the soil, a.k.a. the "soul of the earth" known as Goat Grid farm.
KID-FRIENDLY so please come as a family if you so desire.

Weâll be kicking things off this weekend with our signature serves alongside a menu of delicious nibbles. â

Join us for a peek into our creative universe. Taste, test and discover as we tinker with extracts, fiddle with tinctures and generally amuse ourselves with flavour compounds. â

We will be open Friday to Sunday from 12pm with a special menu of seasonal small plates served from 5pm. Drinks and bites will be available all day. Please DM us to request a booking and walk-ins are very welcome.â
