Just reflecting on an amazing time @constancehotels was asked to participate in the 17th edition Constance festival culinaire what an amazing experience, cooking with new ingredients and being taken out of you’re familiar surroundings but I was greeted with such warm hospitality in a truly beautiful hotel. it was an absolute pleasure to be part off, i got teamed up with @rohit__niranjan in the Regis Marcin trophy and we came third competing with these great chefs @wangbin31@chapuisyohannlecrin@thomassjgren@_mathieumartin_@maurizio_oster it was a pleasure cooking with you guys.
