I've been spotting a ton of Easter treats on my feed! I spent yesterday making the dough and baking hot cross buns with candied kumquat and espresso buttercream (I already had the buttercream chilling in my fridge and that a good way to use it I believe!)
Movie night @lacocinasf last night and I made lemon meringue pie. I snuck away to angle island over the weekend and picked some wild hyacinth. It gave the pie such a lovely look! Spring is here 💛💜💛💜

International House of Brunch was the capstone for 4 businesses who completed 6 months in our pre-incubation program. During that time, La Cocina delivered 1,000 hours of hands-on technical assistance across product development, marketing, sales, finance, and operations — equipping these entrepreneurs with the tools and business readiness to pursue opportunities like this and advance into the next stage of incubation.
