It's been a beautiful journey with my friends singing bowls and this ocean drum for the last several years.
People who attend my sound baths often share very deep experiences of shifts in how they feel after. Some of them say, "I wish you could yourself experience that." In the years of playing, I have become a witness to the transformation this healing modality brings to people's lives. It also is as healing for me as for recepeints. The energy that channels through while I play, is so powerful that I feel it in every cell in my body. It has been an honor to be blessed to do it.
I felt deeply moved at the last event I played that was organized and hosted by a local nonprofit with the support of the City of Boulder. It was beautiful to witness people getting to know their neighbors better, sharing delicious local organic food, and getting to plant and take home their plants. Thank you for making me a part of it 🪷🎶💚

What a wonderful way to begin the day with dancing and playing for children - Queen show by @deepalidancer@roshni_islight was a hit once again at Montbello MS in Denver! What a blessing it is to feel healthy, strong, and flexible in your own skin. What a miracle this earthly vessel is, and I'm so grateful to be able to use it to channel the Energy that permeates everything.

Every day, when I open my eyes each morning, I feel deep gratitude for the path I'm on, walking, dancing, flowing, and pouring my heart into it. It is magical to me, how this path and story are unfolding, how I feel held by the power that is greater than anything, in peace.
It is indeed moving through portals daily, and also in this piece named Portals, that I feel this mystery of life that resonates in every cell of my body. It is the work that requires courage, strength, and ability to play with minimal attachment to a result. It is the inevitable part of any work that I do, as all of that - passion for health and wellness, for yoga and movement, for painting and drawing - and passion for sharing and teaching what I practice - are all part of the same wholeness that encompasses it all. After all, it is all about love and the willingness to channel it freely through one's experience. It is often challenging, and definitely humbling. It is so much worth it.
