Built the 4th edition of the @conduitcreative plant sculpture installation recently “Synthetic Overgrowth” and for the first time I incorporated motion tracking + interactive sound and interactive visuals ✨ so happy with how it turned out… you could move the light (and sounds) with the swipe of your hand✋🏽 This was particularly fulfilling for me as this piece really was something I’d been working on for years (I was doing some kinect stuff like this way back in 2013) but finally culminated into something that used my different skillsets including my music, sound design, visuals, interactivity and projection mapping / sculpture. This really was cool to do and watch people interact with - everyone did something a little different. I heard back from many people this was one of their favorite pieces that weekend and that really brought me a lot of joy.
