Clipse - POV feat. Tyler, The Creator.  Directed by Cole Bennett.  If you know me, you know how excited I am typing this~ I’ve been waiting for this day to come for a very long time. My level of admiration for everyone on this project runs deep. Pusha, Malice, Tyler, Kev, Kelly - thank you so so so much for trusting me on this. When I pitched the idea of using The Rock-afire Explosion animatronic band I thought it might be a long shot, but Pusha & Mal grew up going to Showbiz Pizza so the atmosphere resonated with them. From there it was a go and the rest was history.. aka lots of preparation and a good amount of luck. As always, this wouldn’t be possible without the crazy dedicated team involved. Time Will Tell. Directed by Cole Bennett. Speech Narrated by my Grandfather. Speech Written by my Mother. Shot on Arri Mini LF + 35mm Olympus OM Printed on 16mm Time is our most valuable currency, one that never stops being spent until it’s gone. This piece is meant to zoom out and showcase that stream of thought. A message that speaks to the urgency of right now. I hope people view this mini vignette with excitement to live and experience all that is around them today. We shot four males from different generations who had similar facial features, ranging from ages 8 - 78. Through @deepvoodoo ’s deepfake VFX expertise we were able to stitch all of these people together and showcase the aging process of 70 years. The background timelapse was crafted by the wonderful @monyyplus . This took months to complete. A classic passion project. Justin Bieber - YUKON Shot & Directed by Cole Bennett. We shot this a couple weeks back over the course of a few days in Spain & Italy. Shot on FX3 & GoPro, printed on 16mm film.
