As amazing as this weekend was personally, it was really about the people who made this dream a reality. I was fortunate enough to be at the IRONMAN World Championships as the Sponsored Athlete Manager for @precisionfandh — which resulted in @solveig_lovseth winning the World Championship — and also as the coach of the overall amateur winner, @samsskold . The odds of something like that happening had me buying lottery tickets, pinching myself Sunday morning to make sure I hadn’t dreamt it, and realizing by Monday night (somewhere between airports) that it was all very real. Looking back, I’m just a lucky guy surrounded by incredible people — people I believe in, and people who believe in what we’re building at PF&H. And then there’s Sam, who’s believed in me as a coach for far longer than she probably should have! I’m grateful to @andyblow and @jonnytye1 for bringing me on board back in 2018, and to @scottie_de for the chance encounter that started my real triathlon journey and led to us founding @kiscoaching . None of us could’ve imagined we’d be here — living out this wild dream together. We’re not here because of any one person’s work. We’re here because of the team that’s been built. Without the entire PF&H crew — from product and sports science to customer service and logistics — I’d be in a much different spot trying to attract world-class athletes to our roster. Because of this team, we’ve built something special. Just like Solveig’s win wasn’t a solo effort — it was the product of a decade of hard work, belief, and the people around her who helped her deliver a world-class performance when it mattered most. What a weekend. What a team. What a privilege.

Still riding the high of Marbella, and still trying to put into words the feelings from the week…… PEOPLE….FRIENDS…..FAMILY That’s in short how I can summarize the week. It was about the people, as hectic as it was, seeing and meeting so many friends from the triathlon community was amazing. Making new friends, soaking in the experience with long time friends and being grateful for the FAMILY that our lil niche community has. To @jellegeens , you’re now Mr. Two-Time , for another 302 days at least ;) I cannot thank you (& @bartaernouts ) for how you represent our brand. Not only on the course, but off the course. You’re a leader in the industry of a true professional, and a world champion that our sport is proud to celebrate. @solveig_lovseth @jesslearmonth @lizzierayner97 @elliesalthouse @rebecca.anderbury You had us buzzing after such a special day on Saturday and we are grateful for you wearing the stripes and making the brand proud. 5 in the Top15 in the Women’s field, thankful we are part of your team! To all of the athletes that I’m fortunate enough to work with, thank you for the opportunity. I hope we put on a week long party you were able to enjoy, not only before but also after your race! @andyblow @jonnytye1 a little pinch of sand into the special bottle, almost time to upgrade the bottle it’s running out of room. The wild and unbelievable ride continues on……

TLDR: I ran @runcim262 well undertrained and blew up as expected. Grateful to get to mile ~20 w/ @pelidavide & to see him crush his PB! 11 days before @runcim262 I told @andyblow I’d run the marathon in the name of content. I was half joking and then started to warm up to the idea because CIM 2026 has been on my radar for a few years now, so a course preview didn’t sound all that bad 🤦‍♂️. Didn’t change anything those 11 days leading in, still worked the event each day as planned, left the expo center at 730pm night before the race and was grateful for an amazing dinner cooked by @pelidavide @mattia_ranca @andy.chandler . Did a few things to figure out what may be possible ahead of the race: McMillan run calculator 3:10:39 Garmin Watch: 3:22 ChatGPT with a “solid” brief: 3:05-3:30+ “I’m running a marathon this weekend, I have a previous PB of 2:43 in 2020 and 17 years ago was my first marathon in 3:25. I’ve ran 850 miles this year, and I recently ran a 19:34 5k last week. I’m running the California International Marathon. I currently weigh 200lbs am 39 years old. When I ran 2:43 I weighed 172lbs.” It was a fun experiment and needless to say, a lot of work to get done ahead of CIM 2026. Sub2:40 at 40 Lose 40lbs Take 40+ minutes off from 2025 & big shout to @raff_5hussey for the very opposite pacing graphic of @lixsanyee . @markmatt29 was nailing that pacing plan till you told me I needed to negative split, questioning your run coaching skills 😜 📸 @precisionfandh @raff_5hussey @decoydb

Hadn’t realized either of these moments had been captured until @angusteeton sent me this 🎥+🎞️ creation 👏👏 Backstory here is that someone had spotted glass out on bike course and was sharing that info w/ Jelle about 2’ pre race start. The whole weeks in Marbs still feels like a dream, and this finish line moment w/ Jelle was one I’ll cherish for years to come. Congrats again Mr. Two-Time!

🎉 🏆🥇Huge congratulations to @samsskold on winning the OA AG Title, 30-34 Title & Military Title at the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii! Your incredible consistency and unwavering belief in the training plan have truly paid off. It’s inspiring to see how your dedication and commitment to the process shine through in your performance. This Saturday is day that will go down as one of the greatest races in Hawaii, if not the greatest. For me personally, it’s a day that is unlikely to be beaten, thank you @samsskold for allowing me to play a very small part and being a part of your team & to @so_wong_its_right for all of the support you provide to Sam and your belief in her!

First time experiencing the @utmbmontblanc Finals in Chamonix, and wow… what an atmosphere. The mountains, the crowds, the energy—it’s like nothing else in the sport. Mixed results across the board for the PF&H crew, but huge congrats to @mlynarczyk.martyna for taking the WIN at CCC 🏆 and to @lauren1642 for an incredible 8th place and Top American at UTMB 🇺🇸. Massive respect to everyone who toed the line in these iconic races. Chamonix, you’ve set the bar sky-high.

After a fun, full, and slightly chaotic summer, we’re back to the school routine! This year, a 4th grader, a 3rd grader, and a 1st grader — how did that happen so fast?!

@wser has become a big part of the year for the @precisionfandh Squad, both for our Athletes & for us as a team. ‘23 we drove out of Michigan Bluff emotionally drained ‘24 I looked at @andyblow as we walked off the track in Auburn & said “let’s enjoy this for a moment, we may never have a moment like this again” we had 5 guys in Top10, 3/4/5/7/10 ‘25 is a day that I’ll never forget, for many reasons….. I’m grateful to play a very small part of the PF&H team, but to firsthand witness athletes develop over the years and be along for the journey is more rewarding than all of the racing I’ve done myself. I’ve found more joy the last 5 years in supporting athletes than I did a decade ago racing. This year to be a part of 🤏 @halfasianchris again was a year redemption from last year on the crew front and seeing his whole team execute stops equating to less than 11mins was amazing. And to watch the humbleness of Chris + his confidence deliver on one of the biggest stages in Ultra was inspiring. This first photo is one of the highlights of my career thus far @precisionfandh with @calebolson123 WINNING WSER, and @halfasianchris 2nd, @jeffmogavero 4th, @daniel.c.jones 5th and @frano_peter 9th. Big thanks to @andyblow @jonnytye1 for the opportunity to continue to build the PF&H Squad into something very special. Until next year @wser ……..We still have more work to do! 📸 @precisionfandh @decoydb @noahklabin

Still exhausted from an amazing trip to @unboundgravel w/ the @precisionfandh squad. No one reads captions anyways, so I’ll leave you with my OOO from the trip & some amazing 📸 from @decoydb @raff_5hussey @f53d_j ;) I’ve temporarily traded my desk for the dusty roads of Emporia, Kansas for Unbound Gravel. I’ll be working the expo, crewing athletes racing the 200-mile epic, and yelling encouragement at my coworkers—assuming they’re on bikes and not crawling through mud. If you’re trying to reach me, you might have better luck following the yellow brick road (though fair warning: it’s mostly gravel, and there’s a decent chance I’ve been swept up by a tornado and started a new career as a storm chaser). I’ll be back online Monday, June 2nd. In the meantime, our Athlete Support crew is holding it down for anything that is truly urgent. Ride hard, watch for cows, and don’t forget your ruby slippers,
