🪙 VAGUE ISSUE 50 🪙
@jrtwoodley 50-50’s into some 50p’s for Issue 50’s cover, he also broke @reeceleung ’s camera screen during the process. We’re beyond stoked on @brianandersonsb illustrating the front and back cover spread for this one.
Issue 50 features interviews with cover boys @jrtwoodley + @brianandersonsb and also the likes of @r0bert.100 , @worldhead2020 + a music feature with @turnstileluvconnection . If that wasn’t enough we have our usual art and photo galleries + Skate Shop Quotes by @soma_streetberry .
Big thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years to make it possible for us to somehow produce 50 issues of the mag 🫶 and another big ups to everyone who made our launch last night at @hydeparkbookclub .
Issue 50 hits skater owned stores worldwide from tomorrow and is available on the Vague Shop to order to your doorstep via the link in our profile. 📸: @reeceleung 🎨: @brianandersonsb #vagueskatemag #jameswoodley #reeceleung #briananderson #vagueissue50
A full circle story.
Veteran skater Brian Anderson shares his raw and unflinching story of addiction and his path back to recovery. Along the way, he reconnects with long-time friend and former teammate Bam Margera, who also shares part of his own story.
The video not only captures what’s possible in recovery, but also the joy that can come from shutting out the noise and focusing on what truly matters: years of hard-earned sobriety and decades of friendship.
Thanks @toddfrancisart for all you do!
and @beatricedomond ,thanks for hanging and skating. (Fun day out in pre spring thaw. 🛹🗽🛹) This is the first time I rode a 9” on street since the pandemic. Hefty!.. I know quite a few people appreciate a nine inch B.A. board being in production. Thanks for supporting @antihero18
This one’s for TNT! 💥 So good to see him shredding in this last issue and the new Dumpster Dive video. -Link in bio- @antihero18@tnt_trujillo
Tony was my neighbor a while back in S.F. and I always miss skating with him. 🌁Looking forward to the next time we get to hit the road.
Seems like a new Thrasher comes out every 2 weeks! But like the new video and each monthly mag, they are things to be combed through forever.
Stuff can move so fast. It’s nice to recall everyone’s blood, sweat and cheers! 🖤🧡🖤🧡 @thrashermag@burnout
These events can bring so much joy to people of all ages. Seeing people skate for the first few times in their lives is neato.
You could be having the toughest of times, go for a skate, and some of life’s difficulties can fade away for a bit.
The sun should be peeking out by noon 🌤️🤞🏼and we can all roll around.
Looking forward to seeing faces old and new! @superskateposse
