We just launched something new ✈️ And one of the best parts about working at TeamBonding is getting to test new programs before anyone else, and this one brought out everyone’s competitive side. Passport to Adventure is a fast paced, puzzle driven experience designed to get teams thinking differently. It’s built around problem solving, collaboration, and just enough competition to keep things interesting. This isn’t your typical team building. Teams move through a series of global inspired challenges, working against the clock to solve, adapt, and keep progressing. It all builds into a final phase where strategy really comes into play, with teams trading and negotiating to come out on top. It’s interactive, a little unpredictable, and keeps everyone fully engaged from start to finish!

From start to finish, this was all about collaboration, energy, and giving back in a meaningful way with T-Mobile. The Donation Station with TeamBonding turns team building into a hands on give back experience. Whether it’s a pop up at your office, a conference activation, or a full scale team event, your team is building care packages, writing notes, and supporting causes that matter to you. Choose your cause and let the team building begin!

We’ve got Christian here talking about what actually makes a team building event work. A facilitator can make the difference between a team building event people simply attend and one they actually remember. The right facilitator knows how to read the room, bring people in, keep energy up, and turn a group of coworkers into real participants. They help conversations flow, ease awkward moments, and create the kind of connection that doesn’t happen by accident. Anyone can run through an agenda. Not everyone can create momentum. That’s why the right guide matters. What’s the best team event you’ve ever been part of?

Andrew Cohen, Co Founder and CEO of Work Better Now, brought his fully remote team together to build stronger connection, trust, and morale. They chose In It to Win It, and the day was full of fast-paced challenges and plenty of genuinely funny moments. Andrew shared that the humor throughout the day made a real difference. It helped people open up, communicate more naturally, and build trust across the team. With teams constantly rotating, people weren’t just interacting with the same few coworkers they usually do. It gave everyone the chance to connect beyond their day-to-day roles and see each other in a different way. And that kind of connection carries back into how the team works together every day.

Last year, a Fortune 500 company came to us with a challenge. They did not want Take Your Child to Work Day to feel like just another annual event. They wanted something their employees and their families would actually remember. That is a bigger ask than it sounds. Too often, these moments become passive. Kids observe. Employees go through the motions. And by the next week, it is forgotten. So we flipped the model. Across 11 locations, employees and their kids worked side by side to create something meaningful. What started as a workplace visit turned into a large-scale giveback experience that supported multiple nonprofits and extended far beyond the office. Because when you combine family, purpose, and hands-on impact, the experience changes. And the data backs it up. Deloitte research shows that 73% of employees at purpose-driven companies are engaged, compared to just 23% at companies without that sense of purpose. The takeaway is simple. The most effective team building is not about filling time. It is about creating moments people carry with them. #teambonding #takeyourchildtoworkday #familyactivity

Sustainability only works when people actually care enough to change how they show up every day 🌎 In our latest episode with Danny Sudman, founder of @gogreencamps , we talked about why most “green” initiatives fall flat—and how hands-on experiences can turn awareness into real action. It’s not about telling people what to do. It’s about creating moments where they want to do it. #EarthDay #Sustainability #CSR #WorkplaceCulture #TeamBuilding #EcoFriendly

Earth Day is this Wednesday and it’s a reminder that small actions can have a real impact, especially when you do them together. 🌎🌱 With Productive Planters, teams build and decorate raised garden beds, learn simple planting techniques, and work side by side on something hands-on. At the end, the planters are donated to local community gardens, schools, and food banks, so what your team builds goes on to support others. It’s a meaningful way to bring people together while giving back to the communities around you.

One of our favorite ways to kick off a TeamBonding event is with an ice breaker and this one is always a favorite! Rock, Paper, Scissors gets everyone involved right away. It starts one-on-one, then quickly builds into teams, and before long the whole room is up, cheering each other on. It’s a fun and interactive way to kick things off, get people comfortable, and set the tone for everything that follows.
