A 4-week series open to beginners and intermediates to master the basics of ballet technique, explore new ways of moving, and learn classical repertoire
Tuesdays 6.00-7.00pm from April 14 (14/4, 21/4, 28/4, 5/5)

showgirls (1995) is a film that piques on the edge of monstrosity. gloriously jarring and jam-packed with movement that makes you say ‘is she ok?,’ showgirls explores dance industry dynamics in a surreal choreography of glitter, doggy chow, and ice for those deflated nipples 🧊. i was honoured to podcast with the formidable @laura1uciana and @go2buggery of @vanityprojectincorporated fame about the film, the power of dance, cultures of submission, and the hot / demon spectrum. 🔗 in the spot … listen 👂 if you too submit to the power of dance
