What started as a simple desire to give back to the city that welcomed me has now become one of the most meaningful moments of my journey.
The 404 Day 5K was born from love — love for Atlanta, love for community, and love for creating spaces where wellness and culture can coexist. As someone who came to this city and found purpose, family, and opportunity, I knew I wanted to pour that same energy back into the place that has truly become home.
To see this idea move from vision to reality means more to me than words can fully capture.
I’m beyond grateful to work beside and create impact that pushes the culture in a positive direction m. Impactful relationships are not always guaranteed but I’m blessed God has his hands on ours @regg_white .
@theunionfithub , @runningnerds , @themotionrunclub@butter.atl , and @100blackmenatl , believing in this vision and helping bring it to life. This was never just a race, but a shift in conversation — it was a celebration of movement, connection, and what is possible when the city comes together.
This moment truly feels like the start of a new chapter for me as I step deeper into the work that fills me up: bringing people together, creating spaces rooted in wellness, and pouring back into the city that has become home.
Atlanta has always been defined by its people — by the way we show love, celebrate each other, and build together.
And this was exactly that.

Hyrox Atlanta Part 2 is one for the book. It’s a blessing to compete and a privilege to finish. Training day in and day out to prepare your body while building your mental to withstand anything that may happen is a discipline like. We finished 46 out of 791
I’m lucky to have my coach @kenbellaa structure a program for me to compete, while also having a great community such as @qualityfitnessclubatl , @unionperformanceacademy and others help cheer me. But we’re not done yet, we still have more training to do.

I shared my story at @blkhlth Conversations: Speak Our Future, a space for young people to talk openly about HIV and the futures we deserve.
Black youth continue to be disproportionately impacted by HIV, yet we are too often left out of conversations about prevention, care, and resources.
This is part of why spaces like this matter. We deserve access to real information, including tools like PrEP, and the ability to make informed decisions about our health.
