Stop Outsourcing Your Power:
Erin Coupe on Healing, Leadership, and Building a Life That Fits
What if the life you built to survive is no longer the life you want to live?
In this episode of Ask For An Answer, I sit down with leadership advisor, speaker, and author @authenticallyec for a deeply honest conversation about burnout, emotional resilience, childhood trauma, parenting, corporate leadership, and the long process of learning how to stop abandoning yourself.

Beyond Her Vision started as exactly that… a vision.
And last week, I got to watch 90 women founders step into theirs 🤍
The power of vision is real. The more you speak it, write it down, believe in it, and take action toward it - the more your reality starts to shift.
Last week, @beyondhervision_ ‘s 2nd annual Summit brought 90 women founders together in Chicago for a night of honest conversations, meaningful connection, and reminders that we do not have to sacrifice ourselves to build something successful.
And the feedback afterwards honestly left me emotional:
“the energy in the room was electric”
“I came alone and left with 10 new friends”
“one of the BEST networking events I’ve ever been to”
Women are craving real community right now. Especially founders.
Spaces where we can be honest about entrepreneurship, support each other, collaborate, and feel less alone in the process matter more than ever.
So grateful to every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and partner who helped bring this vision to life 🫶🏽✨
Beyond Her Vision is only getting started!!

We say it often: we’re networking differently. @alrconnectionsjobs values real connection and we got just that at this private event for local women in business featuring @authenticallyec who shared nuggets from her book, “I Can Fit That In,” a JP Morgan NextList 2026 pick! We relaxed, talked a little shop, met some new people and enjoyed specialty drinks and chill vibes @next_door_lounge Northbrook. Thanks all for a great night. #staffingwomen #networking #womeninbusiness #smallbusinesslove
Are you checking boxes all day, but barely bringing yourself to your life?
🎤 Inside episode 82 of The Life Management System for Working Moms podcast, I sit down with Erin Coupe @authenticallyec - executive advisor, keynote speaker, and author of I Can Fit That In - to unpack a major reframe: we’ve been measuring productivity all wrong. Instead of focusing on how much we can cram into a day, Erin challenges us to ask how much of ourselves we’re actually bringing to our work, relationships, parenting, and life. Real sustainability doesn’t come from finding more hours, it comes from intentional choices about where your energy goes.
