Painting in February sunshine feels a little like magic... and Emmett @emmettkyoshiart made the most of Chicago’s warm spell over President’s Day weekend. We had the joy of capturing him outside, working on his newest piece, “Walking on the Moon.” His mom @kmenighan said it best: “I told Emmett that this day was my favorite of the long weekend. There’s nothing better than to be outside when it’s beautiful and watch him paint.” This new work is headed to dear family friends who’ve been waiting a long time for the right piece—and Emmett delivered something truly special.
