TUESDAY 21:00-23:00 @ MESH - GYALS IN NOTTS + RASKUL This month ITP are bringing the mighty @gyalsinnotts (@aura__uk & @nelly3010 ) to MESH. They are joined by Dead Wax’s nu-metal MC, Raskul (@raskul.mcee ) 🔥 Gyals in Notts is female led brand showcasing Female & Non-Binary* talent in the city through events & upcoming mix series and releases. They’ve graced the Boiler Room stage for IWD in Nottingham as well as running their own nights with talent including the technical wizard Freja. Aura and Nell; founders of Nottingham based Gyals in Notts both fluctuate together through different bass sub genres such as dubstep, grime funky and garage - always keeping energies high. Real multi-genre madness 🦾 Raskul (Jake Milburn) is the vocalist of UK NuMetal group DeadWax. While currently carving a path in the alternative rock scene, with the band getting two Track of the Week’s on Radio 1 intro, Raskul developed his vocal style in raves across West Yorkshire. Hosting sets from dubstep to drum and bass, he became the resident MC for Resonance Sound System at Huddersfield’s legendary BASSment venue.
