From more dubbed out West Coast sounds, to Garage cuts that maintain the cheek & swing that he’s built over the years. Often inspired by the fusion of artists such as Nathan Coles & Persian, the heavily sample based tracks really carve out a space for themselves.

Manchester based DJ & Producer Oldboy pulls his inspirations from the nostalgic sounds of early UK Garage & House, both in his sets as well as his productions. Releasing on labels fundamental to the underground sound such as Dr Banana, Instinct, Locus & Hardline. As well as regular appearances throughout the UK/EU & a recent Australia tour. He continues to push the fusion of old school tech house built for keeping the club rolling & cheeky UK Garage made to make you dance.
His label Swingers that he co owns with close collaborator DJ Cosworth has been used as a constant outlet for different sounds under a long list of aliases in an aim to keep everything focused on the music. 2026 has been a big year for the label & shows no signs of slowing down.
