thank you to everyone who braved the cold for the readings in Detroit and Chicago!! it was like -15Β° the whole shebang but I got to ride a train and road test some new poems and see family members and friends old and new π
special thanks to @keithllc , @mocadetroit , @lakemarkham , and @apocalypse_confidential
π doing a couple readings in the Midwest this month
first one is in Detroit at the Mike Kelley house with the avant freaks of @keithllc . then I'm riding the rails over to Chicago (congratulations to the Bears btw) for a little @apocalypse_confidential family gathering. I haven't read in either of these cities since 2017! hope to see you there
π I got 9 poems published in 2025 and here they all are. Some are experimental, some are goofy constructions with hearts of gold, nary a UFO in sight. I'm always having fun rhyming or avoiding it.
Grateful to the editors and journals that helped me put these into the world: Post Pop Lit, As It Is (@deadbeat.press ), Poem Pilled mag, and Zac Smith's Christmas zine.
